@Ask_Spectrum The guide is exceptionally slow to load, sometimes message says guide is unavailable. It will sometimes switch to a smaller guide. I live in Southern California.

@Ask_Spectrum I appreciate the severity of the storm and Spectrum’s effort. Can you give some indication of how long we are looking at? Just somewhere in the ballpark. At this point it could be down the street from the ballpark. Something would be better than nothing.
