- Izuku Midoriya 26 Izuku Midoriya is the main protagonist of My Hero Academia. He was born without any powers in a world were 80 percent of humans have abilities known as Quirks, but that didn't stop him from trying to be a hero. He is later given a quirk by his idol and the number 1 hero, All Might after proving himself as a his successor. After enrolling in a prestigious super hero school, he embarks on a journey to become a powerful hero and symbol of peace. His quirk is called One For All.
- Shigaraki Tomura 19 Leader of the former Villain Alliance, who's goal was to kill All Might "The Symbol of Peace". His goal would later change to destroying society as a whole.
- Shouto Todoroki 18 Shouto Todoroki is a student at U.A, high school training to be a hero. He is also the son of the No. 2 hero, Endeavor. His Quirk, is Half Cold Half Hot. He is the product of a Quirk marriage between his father with a fire Quirk and a woman with an ice Quirk. He is one of the main characters of the manga series My Hero Academia.
- Katsuki Bakugou 18 Katsuki is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Explosion. His Quirk, or power, uses the sweat from his palms to create explosions. He is very hot-headed and believes that he can be the best hero ever. He also strongly dislikes Izuku.
- Ochako Uraraka 18 Ochako Uraraka (a.k.a. Uravity) is a hero in training, and Izuku Midoriya's closest friend and crush. With her gravity-based powers, she plans to be a hero in order to provide her parents with an easier life.
- Momo Yaoyorozu 16 Momo is a student at UA and is attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. Her Quirk, or power, is called Creation and allows her to create any non-living organic item from her body, as long as she knows how its made molecularly. She, along with three other students, got into UA through official recommendations. She is also the Vice President of class 1-A. She has gained Genius Intellect.
- All Might 15 Toshinori Yagi, famously known as All Might, was the No.1 Superhero in the world. He was also formerly known as the Symbol of Peace. He had a quirk called One-For-All, which allowed him to gain superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina. He received this quirk from a former hero named Nana Shimura. After All Might defeated All-For-One, he retired as the greatest hero due to losing his quirk. He passed on One For All to Izuku Midoriya and is currently helping him to become the greatest hero on earth.
- Eijirou Kirishima 15 Eijirou is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Hardening. His Quirk, or power, allows him to harden any part of his body to extreme levels. When the students at UA had to choose a hero name, he chose Red Riot.
- Tenya Ida 15 Tenya is a student at UA attending in hopes of following his family's legacy and becoming a professional hero. His Quirk is called Engine. His Quirk, or power, sees small jets come out of his calves, granting him the ability to run extremely fast and propel himself forward at a fast rate. He is class 1-A's president. He is one of the main protagoist of My Hero Academia.
- Tsuyu Asui 15 Tsuyu, or rather Tsu, is a student at UA attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. Her Quirk, or power, gives her certain attributes of a frog, such as hopping far distances, sticking to walls, the ability to extend her tongue out 20 meters, and she can even eject her stomach and secrete a slightly toxic liquid. When the students at UA had to choose a hero name, she chose Froppy.
- Eraserhead 14 Shoto Aizawa, known by his hero name of Eraserhead, is a professional hero and homeroom teacher at UA, a school for aspiring heroes. His Quirk, or power, allows him to "erase" or cancel out another person's Quirk just by looking at them. However, if he blinks, that person's Quirk comes back, meaning he mustn't blink in order for his Quirk to stay active.
- Dabi 13 Dabi is a villain who joined the League Of Villains in order to fulfill the Hero Killer Stain's Will of cleansing the society of false heroes.
- Denki Kaminari 12 Denki is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, allows him to discharge electricity from his body, but if he discharges too much, then his brain becomes short circuited for a short amount of time.
- Kyouka Jirou 12 Kyouka is a student at UA attending to become a professional hero in the future. Her Quirk, or power, is called Earphone Jack, and basically allows the earphones that are her actual ear lobes to extend and connect with any object or part of her body, amplifying her heartbeat out to attack. She can also use the jacks themselves as whips or plug them into her boots to aim them in a certain direction. She is a big fan of rock music.
- Mina Ashido 12 Mina is a student UA attending in order to become a professional hero. Her Quirk, or power, allows her to secrete acid from her body. One of the most preferred ways she uses her Quirk is by secreting it from her feet to allow her to slide on surfaces. Her quirk is called Acid.
- Manga f*ckidashi 11 Manga f*ckidashi, also known as Comicman, is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.
- Fumikage Tokoyami 11 Fumikage is a student at UA attending in the hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, is called Dark Shadow. Dark Shadow is a sentient shadowbeast that lives inside of Fumikage that he can summon whenever he wishes and can be used to attack or defend. The strength of Dark Shadow depends on the amount of sunlight present; the less sunlight, the stronger Dark Shadow gets, and vice versa. For some reason, he has the head of a bird but the body of a human.
- Hanta Sero 11 Hanta is a student at UA attending in hopes of becoming a professional hero. His Quirk, or power, allows him to dispense a thick tape from both of his elbows, useful for wrapping and tying people or objects up.

- Himiko Toga 11 Himiko Toga is a Highschool girl turned villain who went to join the League Of Villains, inspired to do so in order to meet/kill The Hero Killer, Stain and to make life easier for herself so she can live how she wants.
- Twice 9 Twice a.k.a Jin Bubaigawara is a member of the League Of Villains who went insane after using his quirk and creating too many clones of himself that led to a violent battle between said clones.

- All For One 8 All For One is All Might's arch enemy, the founder of the League of Villains and the mentor and adopted father of Tomura Shigaraki. He wishes to see All Might suffer and die along with Tomura's success.
- Endeavor 8 Endeavor is the No. 2 hero in Japan, placing only behind All Might. His Quirk allows him to control fire and his ultimate goal is to surpass All Might and become the No. 1 hero.
- Present Mic 8 Hizashi Yamada, also known by his hero name of Present Mic, is a professional hero and a teacher at UA. His Quirk, or power, allows him to amplify his voice to create really high-pitched sounds. He grew up with and was the same class as Eraserhead.
