There is only one Cloak that can be obtained during Act 1, and it is only available to The Dark Urge. Others will have to wait till Act 2.

Cloak of Cunning Brume | Cunning Brume: Every time the wearer uses Disengage, a small cloud of 2m/7ft radius appears at their location to mask their retreat. The cloud disappears after 1 turn. | Can be bought from Mattis at Last Light Inn. |
Cloak of Elemental Absorption | Absorb Elements: Absorb half the damage from the next elemental attack aimed toward you (Acid, Fire, Cold, Poison, Lightning, Thunder). Fleshmelter Cloak | Caustic Reprisal: Any time you receive damage, the attacker takes 1d4 Acid Damage in return. Doesn’t work on failed attacks. | Can be found in a chest in the House of Healing Morgue near the fumes. |
Thunderskin Cloak | Dazing Echo: When a creature with Reverberation debuff deals damage to you the creature needs to make a CON saving throw or become Dazed. | Can be bought from Araj Oblodra in Moonrise Towers. |
Vivacious Cloak | Arcane Vivaciousness: Casting a spell or cantrip in melee range to an enemy gives you 8 temporary HP for 4 turns. Works even if the spell misses. | Can be found in a chest in the Grand Mausoleum. |
Derivation Cloak | Deadly Derivation: Successfully poisoning an enemy heals the wearer for 1d4 HP. Only works if the enemy gets the ‘Poisoned’ status. | Can be found in a chest in Balthazar’s room in Moonrise Towers. |

Cloak of Displacement | Displacement: Enemies targeting the wearer with Attack Rolls are disadvantaged until the wearer takes damage. Triggers at the start of combat. | Can be bought from trader Entharl Danthelon in Danthelon's Dancing Axe in Wyrm's Crossing. |
Wavemother's Cloak | Damp Aegis: In combat, receive the Water Layer Protection buff that expires if the wearer takes damage (Resistant to Fire Damage, Vulnerable to Lightning and Cold damage). Refreshes every turn. | Can be looted from a chest in Water Queen's House in the Lower City. |
Cloak of the Weave | Arcane Enchantment: The wearer gains +1 to Spell Save DC and Spell attack rolls. Absorb Elements: Absorb half the damage from the next elemental attack aimed toward you (Acid, Fire, Cold, Poison, Lightning, Thunder).
